8fb8 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules and User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions (" Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 8fb8 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 8fb8 website located at 8fb8.io and all associated services, features, content, and products offered therein.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the 8fb8 website, mobile interface, and all associated services accessible at 8fb8.io.
• "Account" means a registered user account created on the 8fb8 Platform.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account and uses the Platform's betting or gaming services.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including real-money funds and any qualifying bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by 8fb8 subject to wagering requirements and conditions specified in individual promotion terms.
• "Restricted Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to the Platform or participation in real-money betting is prohibited by applicable law.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" or "BST" means UTC+6, the standard time zone applicable to all operational and support matters on the 8fb8 Platform.

These Terms are written in English and the English version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the 8fb8 Platform immediately.

The 8fb8 Platform is strictly available to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The 8fb8 Platform does not permit access to individuals under 21. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming activities are not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, and not on behalf of any third party, business entity, or syndicate.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 8fb8 Platform or any affiliated service.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your location.

8fb8 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity from any Account holder at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Until satisfactory verification is received, 8fb8 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay on the Account in question.

Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. All funds deposited by an underage player will be returned to the originating payment method after deducting any winnings derived from gameplay, which will be forfeited. 8fb8 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and cooperates with all lawful requests from guardians and authorities to identify and close accounts belonging to minors.

To access real-money betting and gaming services on the 8fb8 Platform, you must create a single Account by completing the registration process accurately and truthfully. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You further agree to keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. 8fb8 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via OTP for all Accounts. You agree to:

• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify 8fb8 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account prior to reporting a compromise to 8fb8.

8fb8 reserves the right to suspend any Account that shows signs of suspicious activity, including but not limited to unusual login patterns, multiple failed authentication attempts, or deposit and withdrawal activity inconsistent with the Account's normal use history. During any investigation, the Account balance may be temporarily frozen. Players will be notified promptly and given a reasonable opportunity to verify their identity before any permanent action is taken.

8fb8 supports a range of payment methods designed specifically for players based in Bangladesh. Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) unless otherwise specified.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to the Account balance within 30 seconds of successful transaction completion. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to two business hours. 8fb8 does not charge any platform-side fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges for which 8fb8 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed within 20 minutes for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during standard operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Before any withdrawal is processed, the following conditions must be satisfied:

• The Account must be fully verified with valid identity documentation.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must have been met in full prior to the withdrawal of those funds.
• The Account must not be under any active investigation or restriction.

8fb8 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including enhanced identity verification for large or unusual transactions. Players requesting withdrawals exceeding ৳50,000 in a single transaction may be subject to additional review. All withdrawal requests are final once submitted and cannot be reversed by the Player; however, 8fb8 may reverse a withdrawal back to the Account balance in cases of suspected fraud or policy violation.

8fb8 operates a same-name payment policy. The payment method used for withdrawal must match the name on the registered Account. Any attempt to withdraw funds to a third party account will result in immediate cancellation of the request and may trigger an account security review.

8fb8 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion as published on the 8fb8 Platform at the time of the offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

The following general conditions apply to all 8fb8 bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be fulfilled using real-money funds or bonus funds as specified; different game types may contribute differently to wagering completion (e.g., slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute at a lower rate).
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible Players with verified Accounts only. Players who have self-excluded or placed cooling-off restrictions on their Account are not eligible to receive or activate bonuses during the restriction period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on an Account at any time. Attempting to claim multiple simultaneous bonuses may result in cancellation of all bonus funds without notice.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and associated free spins carry an expiry period from the date of issue, as specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account automatically without compensation.
• Abuse: 8fb8 employs robust systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk. Any Account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have its bonus funds cancelled and may be subject to account closure.

8fb8 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already activated and in progress at the time of the change, except where required to prevent fraud or platform abuse.

All betting and gaming activity on the 8fb8 Platform is conducted in accordance with the rules set out in this section and any supplementary rules published for specific game types, sports markets, or events. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with all applicable rules before placing bets or participating in games.

Sports Betting: All sports bets placed on 8fb8, including cricket betting markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches, are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI, or equivalent). In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 8fb8's determination based on official data feeds shall be final.

Casino & Live Casino Games: All casino games operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live-streamed dealer operations sourced from internationally audited studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play Live, and Spribe. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available in the game's information panel. 8fb8 does not manipulate game outcomes and accepts no liability for variance-driven losses.

Void Bets: A bet may be declared void and the stake returned to the Player's Account in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment before a valid result, data feed errors resulting in manifestly incorrect odds being offered, or technical failures during the bet placement process. Void bets are handled at 8fb8's discretion in accordance with industry standards.

Maximum Bet Limits: 8fb8 imposes maximum stake limits per bet which vary by event, market, and the Player's Account tier. These limits are displayed in the betting interface at the time of bet placement. Attempting to circumvent stake limits through multiple simultaneous bets by the same player on the same market may result in stake reduction or bet cancellation.

8fb8 is firmly committed to the promotion of responsible gaming and the prevention of gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools to assist Players in maintaining control over their gaming activity. All responsible gaming tools are accessible from within the Account settings panel and take effect immediately upon activation.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once a limit is set, it cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions. Upon reaching the session limit, the Player will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period. Bets that would cause the loss limit to be exceeded will be declined.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take an extended break from gambling may request self-exclusion for periods of one month, three months, six months, one year, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the Account is locked and the Player cannot access betting or gaming services. Marketing communications are suspended for the duration of the exclusion.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8fb8 Platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have their Account suspended or permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings derived from prohibited activity forfeited. In serious cases, 8fb8 may report the activity to relevant authorities.

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without explicit written authorisation from 8fb8.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of coordinated betting strategy designed to guarantee a profit at the expense of the integrity of a sporting event or casino game.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any Player who identifies a bug must report it to [email protected] immediately and must not exploit it. Winnings derived from a known or suspected bug are void.
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an Account.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the 8fb8 Platform as a vehicle for financial transactions unrelated to genuine gambling activity.
• Abusing the bonus system through low-risk hedging, arbitrage strategies, or any technique designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a Restricted Territory using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention technology.

All content on the 8fb8 Platform, including but not limited to the 8fb8 brand name, logo, visual design, user interface elements, game graphics, text, software code, database structures, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of 8fb8 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publishing any content from the 8fb8 Platform without prior written consent.
• Creating derivative works based on 8fb8 content or branding.
• Using the 8fb8 name, logo, or branding in any commercial context or in a manner that could imply endorsement or affiliation.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the Platform.

Third-party game content available on the 8fb8 Platform (including titles from Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is subject to those studios' licensing terms in addition to these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 8fb8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings resulting from Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service.
• Loss or corruption of Account data arising from circumstances beyond 8fb8's reasonable control.
• Any loss arising from a Player's reliance on inaccurate odds, scores, or data displayed on the Platform due to third-party data feed errors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to an Account caused by the Player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

8fb8's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by 8fb8's negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.

The 8fb8 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 8fb8 endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows, which will be announced in advance via the Platform where reasonably practicable.

8fb8 collects and processes personal data in connection with Account registration, identity verification, payment processing, and the delivery of personalised services. The collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal data is governed by the 8fb8 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read in conjunction with this Agreement.

By registering an Account, you consent to 8fb8 processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key principles include:

• Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for the purposes for which it is processed.
• Data is stored securely using industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls.
• Personal data is not sold to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulatory bodies where required by law.
• Players have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data, subject to legal retention requirements applicable to financial records.

8fb8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, 8fb8 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the 8fb8 Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting 8fb8 support prior to the effective date of the change. Any Account balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within seven business days, subject to standard verification requirements.

Termination by 8fb8: 8fb8 may suspend or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where there is reason to believe that a Player has breached these Terms, provided false registration information, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account poses a legal or regulatory risk to 8fb8. Where termination is not due to Player misconduct, any verified Account balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

Termination by the Player: Players may close their Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to the 8fb8 support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within three business days. Closing an Account cancels all active bonus funds; real-money balances will be withdrawn to the registered payment method after completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.
